We offer free account migration service and must meet the following requirements: 1. The current plan must have cPanel and allow full backups of cPanel. 2. The website to be migrated must be active on the source server. The cPanel account must not be larger than 32 GB.
Yes, when your website needs more storage capacity or simply when you want a larger plan, you can grow it by paying only the difference between them. You will only be able to upgrade your Hosting Plan to a higher one; you will not be able to change to a lower one than the one you have contracted.
